We offer a store credit only within 5 days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer refunds. If you receive a damaged item let us know within 3 days of receiving it with a photo through email. Damages must be returned within the 5 day period of contact. We will give you instructions on return/exchange/credits once we are notified. You are responsible for shipping on any return/exchange items both ways. Items must be unworn, unwashed & all original tags must be attached.
